Hokes Bluff Municipal Court is held on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at the Hokes Bluff City Hall, 3301 Alford Bend Road, Hokes Bluff, Alabama.

The Honorable Thomas A. King is the City’s Municipal Court Judge.

Lisa C. Johnson is the City’s Municipal Court Clerk/Magistrate.

Citation Prices Before Court Appearance

The following fine schedule includes fine/court costs for the most common traffic infractions that may be accepted by a magistrate before a defendant’s court appearance.

Court Costs are mandated by the State of Alabama and are assessed whether a defendant attends court proceedings or not.

If you have been charged with any offense other than those listed, or if you would like a trial on one of the listed charges, you must appear on your court date.
